Our store ships within Japan only, but international customers can still place orders using ZenMarket.
Through ZenMarket, items from LOGIC WAVE can be delivered to your country.

🪄 How to Order on ZenMarket
Option 1: Use the ZenMarket Cart Button
On each product page of Logic Wave website, you will see a ZenMarket cart button.

Simply click "Add to Cart" button and follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with your purchase through ZenMarket.
Option 2: Paste the Product URL into ZenMarket
Find the product you'd like to purchase on the Logic Wave website and copy the page URL. Then paste the URL into the search box on the ZenMarket website.
ZenMarket will automatically load the product page, where you can add the item to your cart.

If you have any questions about how to use ZenMarket, please ask them directly.
* Extra Packing / Reinforced Packing is strongly recommended. We have received reports of items being damaged during international transit when this option was not used. This option can be selected later during the ZenMarket checkout process.

IMPORTANT — Please read before purchasing
1. Product warranty and after-sales support are limited to Japan only.
We are unable to offer replacements, repairs, or refunds for purchases made via overseas forwarding services or personal import.
2. We are not responsible for damage, loss, or defects that occur during shipping, forwarding, or any transportation arranged by the customer.
Overseas and self-arranged transportation may involve various factors beyond our control, and the cause of such issues cannot be reliably determined.
3. For product setup or usage instructions, please refer to our FAQ and instruction pages and handle them on your own.
We are unable to provide individual support or guidance regarding setup or usage.

Can I receive my order while staying in Japan?
Yes. If you are staying in Japan, please order directly from our store (ZenMarket is not required).
Click the orange “Add to Cart” button on the product page, then select “Checkout” to complete your purchase.


When shipping to a hotel, please:
- Confirm in advance that the hotel can receive packages on your behalf
- Be sure to include the hotel name in the address
- Use the your name for the recipient name
- Enter the hotel’s phone number in the phone number field.
Delivery within Japan usually takes 2–4 days after the order is placed, especially for major cities such as Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka.
Important:
The name of the credit card holder and the delivery recipient name must match exactly.
Packages cannot be received by someone other than the purchaser..
This policy is due to past cases of fraudulent orders and chargeback abuse.
Can I receive my order somewhere other than a hotel?
Most products are shipped via Yamato Transport, and you can choose to pick up your package at a Yamato service center.
When placing your order, please enter the following information accurately in the shipping address field:
- Name of a Yamato service center
- Service center’s address including postal code
- Recipient’s name
Please note that Yamato Transport holds packages for 7 days only, so be sure to place your order with enough time for pickup.
For small items with a ¥350 shipping fee, delivery is handled by Japan Post instead.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to confirm available pickup locations.
Can I buy the product at a physical store in Japan?
No — our products are available online only.
We do not operate physical retail stores, and in-person purchase or pickup is not available.
Even if you are staying in Japan, please place your order through our website.
Are accidents during delivery and product damage covered?
We are not responsible for any shipping accidents, damage, or loss during international forwarding.
Our packaging is designed for domestic delivery within Japan.
Depending on your country, stronger or thicker packaging might be necessary for international shipping.
Many forwarding services offer repacking options or special packaging for overseas delivery, so please check the details with the service you plan to use.
