Q. Can I buy on Amazon or music stores?
Currently, it is only sold directly through the Logic Wave online store, and is not available at Amazon or musical instrument stores. Please note that purchases made on flea market sites, auctions, etc. are not covered by the warranty.

Up until now, we have received inquiries from several major musical instrument stores about handling our products, but all of them have been declined.
We have adopted this policy because we want to deliver products directly to our customers and provide solid post-purchase support, and because we want to receive feedback directly from our customers.
Q. Can you issue a receipt?
When shipping the product, we will include a receipt.
Please note that the receipt will be addressed to the billing address you entered at the time of payment.
Q. I don't know how to purchase
Rest assured that shopping at the Logic Wave online store is simple.
1. Tap (click) the image of the product you like to move to the product page.
2. Press the "Add to Cart" button to move to the cart screen.
3. Press the "Start purchase" button on the cart screen.
4. Fill in the contact information and press "Continue to shipping method selection".
5. Check the contents and press "Proceed to payment".
6. Select your preferred payment method and click the "Pay Now" button.
Your purchase is now complete. Please feel free to contact us if you do not understand.

Q. Please tell me the procedure for convenience store payment and bank transfer.
For convenience store payments and bank transfers, we use a third-party payment company separate from the store to ensure safe transactions for our customers.
After placing your order, KOMOJU (Digica Co., Ltd.) will automatically send the information necessary for payment to your registered email address.
(*It will be sent from no-reply@komoju.com. Please check your email reception settings etc. in advance.)
Please follow the instructions in the email to make your payment.
After confirming your payment, we will ship the item.
Please note that emails from KOMOJU (Digica Co., Ltd.) are sent from a send-only address.
Q. I don't know my convenience store payment number.
The number required for convenience store payment will be displayed on the screen when the order is completed. (It is convenient to take a screenshot of the screen or write it down.)
In addition, KOMOJU will automatically send the information necessary for payment to your registered email address. (*E-mails regarding payment will be sent from "no-reply@komoju.com". Please check your e-mail reception settings in advance.)
Please note that if you do not record your payment number when completing your order, or if you are unable to receive emails from KOMOJU due to domain settings, etc., you will not be able to confirm your payment number.
If you do not know your payment number, please contact us using the inquiry form with information such as your name that you entered when ordering.
*Please contact us as soon as possible as the confirmation process may take some time. If payment cannot be confirmed within the payment deadline, the order will be automatically canceled.
Q. I received an email from KOMOJU (when paying with Pay/convenience stores)
To ensure safe transactions for our customers, we use the payment system of KOMOJU (Digica Co., Ltd.), a third-party payment company that is separate from the store.
Therefore, emails regarding payments will be sent from no-reply@komoju.com.
Please note that no-reply@komoju.com is a sending-only email address.
Regarding delivery
Q. When will the product arrive?
After payment is confirmed, we will ship the item within 5 days at the earliest.
Historically, most items are shipped within two days.
In addition, please check the homepage of each shipping company for the number of days required for delivery after shipping (ships from Kanto).
Q. Can I have it delivered to your office or local office?
Depending on the product, it may be possible to send it to a Sagawa Express office or post office.

Q. Can you ship overseas?
This online store is located in Japan, but don't worry.
You can pick up your items at your home by using a Japanese proxy purchase service!
Q. I would like to check the order status and delivery status.
We will notify you of the status by email after your order is confirmed or shipped.
The shipping company's tracking number will be included in the email you receive after shipping, so you can check the shipping status.
