This page explains how to order from outside Japan.
While this store does not ship internationally, you can still purchase our products by using a proxy shopping or forwarding service.

Sign up for a Proxy Shopping / Forwarding Service
Register with a Japanese proxy or forwarding service.
Many customers seem to choose to use ZenMarket, but the choice is yours. -
Tell them what you want to buy
From your account page on the proxy service, request the product you wish to purchase. -
They buy and ship it to you
The service will confirm your request and, if everything is fine, purchase the item on your behalf.
You’ll pay them for the product, plus any handling and shipping fees.
Once the package is ready, they will forward it directly to your home address.
*We strongly recommend using any additional packaging or reinforcement services offered by forwarding companies for international shipping.
This is because items are shipped from our store with packaging intended for domestic delivery within Japan, and such services may help reduce the risk of damage during international transit.
IMPORTANT — Please read before purchasing
1. Product warranty and after-sales support are limited to Japan only.
We are unable to offer replacements, repairs, or refunds for purchases made via overseas forwarding services or personal import.
2. We are not responsible for damage, loss, or defects that occur during shipping, forwarding, or any transportation arranged by the customer.
Overseas and self-arranged transportation may involve various factors beyond our control, and the cause of such issues cannot be reliably determined.
3. For product setup or usage instructions, please refer to our FAQ and instruction pages and handle them on your own.
We are unable to provide individual support or guidance regarding setup or usage.

❓FAQ
Can I receive the item while staying in Japan? / Can my friend in Japan receive it for me?
Yes, we can ship orders to hotels or other addresses within Japan.
Before placing an order, please check with your hotel concierge to confirm they can receive packages on your behalf and ask for their delivery instructions.
For major cities such as Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 days after the order is placed.
Also, most items are shipped via Yamato Transport, and delivery to a Yamato pickup center is possible.
However, for items with a ¥350 domestic shipping fee, shipping may be handled by Japan Post instead.
In that case, please check directly with Japan Post to confirm whether pickup at a post office is available.
Can I buy the product at a physical store?
No. All products are available online only.
They are not sold in physical stores, and in-person pickup is not available.
The product is not listed on the proxy shopping site.
That’s not a problem. Even if the product is not shown in the proxy shopping service’s listing, you can still request it directly.
If you’re unsure how to make a request, please contact the proxy service for detailed instructions.
Are accidents during delivery and product damage covered?
We are not responsible for any shipping accidents, damage, or loss during international forwarding.
Our packaging is designed for domestic delivery within Japan.
Depending on your country, stronger or thicker packaging might be necessary for international shipping.
Many forwarding services offer repacking options or special packaging for overseas delivery, so please check the details with the service you plan to use.
