Through ZenMarket, items from LOGIC WAVE can be delivered to your country.

Simply click "Add to Cart" button and follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with your purchase through ZenMarket.

* Extra Packing / Reinforced Packing is strongly recommended. We have received reports of items being damaged during international transit when this option was not used. This option can be selected later during the ZenMarket checkout process.
* In case the ZenMarket cart button is not displayed, please visit the ZenMarket website directly and place your order from there. If you need further assistance, please contact ZenMarket directly.
IMPORTANT — Please read before purchasing
1. Product warranty and after-sales support are limited to Japan only.
We are unable to offer replacements, repairs, or refunds for purchases made via overseas forwarding services or personal import.
2. We are not responsible for damage, loss, or defects that occur during shipping, forwarding, or any transportation arranged by the customer.
Overseas and self-arranged transportation may involve various factors beyond our control, and the cause of such issues cannot be reliably determined.
3. For product setup or usage instructions, please refer to our FAQ and instruction pages and handle them on your own.
We are unable to provide individual support or guidance regarding setup or usage.

Can I receive my order while staying in Japan? / Can someone in Japan receive it for me?
Yes. If you are staying in Japan or have someone who can receive the package for you, please order directly from our store (ZenMarket is not required).
Click the orange “Add to Cart” button on the product page, then select “Checkout” to complete your purchase.


When shipping to a hotel, please:
- Confirm in advance that the hotel can receive packages on your behalf
- Include the hotel name in the address
- Use the guest name on the hotel reservation as the recipient name
- IEnter the hotel’s phone number in the phone number field.
Delivery within Japan usually takes 2–4 days after the order is placed, especially for major cities such as Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka.
Most orders are shipped via Yamato Transport, and delivery to a Yamato pickup location may be available.
For small items with a ¥350 domestic shipping fee, shipping may be handled by Japan Post, so please confirm pickup options directly with the carrier if needed.
Can I buy the product at a physical store in Japan?
No — our products are available online only.
We do not operate physical retail stores, and in-person purchase or pickup is not available.
Even if you are staying in Japan, please place your order through our website.
Are accidents during delivery and product damage covered?
We are not responsible for any shipping accidents, damage, or loss during international forwarding.
Our packaging is designed for domestic delivery within Japan.
Depending on your country, stronger or thicker packaging might be necessary for international shipping.
Many forwarding services offer repacking options or special packaging for overseas delivery, so please check the details with the service you plan to use.
